  • I have been on Lo Lo Estrin FE for about a year and a half. It has been AMAZING. Super low dose of hormones, great skin and NO WEIGHT GAIN. This has been the only pill I've taken where losing weight has been a challenge. I highly recommend.

  • DRINK WATER!! AND BE STRONG!! You CAN do this. make sure you are not depriving yourself, and you are eating healthy, proportional meals that will satisfy your hunger. You can do this :)
  • I take 55mcg first thing in the morning. I find it easier to take it first thing rather than at night because I will forget at night. I drink two big glasses of water, then work out and then eat bfast about an hour later.
  • I puree black beans in a blender, mix with some quinoa to thicken, add curry and some onion and cook in a pan using trader joe's coconut oil spray (0 cal!). I eat it like a burger on a thinny with a little scoop of greek yogurt and a tomato. DELISH!
