Hello there! I started out at 390 and got all the way down to 290 and over the past 6 months have gained back to 329! Consistency is key! I followed Keto for a while too, but found myself "cheating" the plan too often. I love the gym, but I LOVE food. Striving to overcome binge eating for good. Good luck!!!
