I am also on a 1200 calorie which is worked out by MFP, to be honest I very hardly go over the calories, but I eat meals when I should and exercise , I am trying to lose 1lb a week , to show your diary you need to go to settings :) keep your chin up you will get there

Thanks I'm doing that at the moment just want to lose weight quicker and when you read all these things they make it sound so easy but it's not

I suffer with this too but find if I cut out too many potatoes , bread and rice cakes it decreases the bloat good luck with it hun keep going you have to try different foods to work out what's best for you and keeps you from bloating it will get better :)

I usually weigh in on a Monday as it's a brand new week and let's you focus on what you want to achieve that week
