My favorite snack (as of um...today) is apple slices with peanut butter. Best combo ever! I made this recipe a while back and if I remember right it was around 200 calories and totally delicious. Every time I used to go to the mall, I'd get poutine from New York Fries. I never knew the calorie count until now! calories: 950. fat: 50g sodium: 1320! I used to hit Starbucks in the same day too. My usual was a grande white chocolate mocha. calories: 470 w/ whip fat: 18g that adds up my current daily intake! holy cats!

Just because you can "only" eat 1700 cals, doesn't mean you'll be hungry! If you're eating good food (lots of veggies, etc, you know!) then you should be getting enough cals for your body. Turbo Jam! I recommend Turbo Jam to pretty much everybody! I have several friends who are not big on working out but still love turbo jam. It's a kickboxing type of video and it is so much fun. Turbo Fire is pretty good too! It's like doing turbo jam on 1.5x speed.

I eat the edges off my toast before eating the middle. I do the same with sandwiches. I always cut up my waffles or pancakes with two cuts each way and then eat the corners, then edges, then middles last. Can't do it any other way!
