A glass before breakfast, one with breakfast. Then I fill up a water bottle (4 cups) and drink that while I'm at school. So when I come home, I drink at least 2 more before bed.

Apple slices + peanut butter. Almost better than chocolate. ALMOST.

Sorry, there's no such thing as a miracle cure for a flat tummy. You probably don't want to hear that but it's true! Just eat good food and find an exercise program that gets you sweating. Balance your cardio with some strength workouts too. Just keep at it and you'll get there! Good luck :)

Weight Watchers doesn't teach you how to eat well therefore the weight loss isn't always sustainable. WW is just a brand. All they want is for you to buy their food and as long as they have your money, they don't give a damn if you're learning about healthy choices. Do your own research and learn about healthy eating to…

Usually I add 1/2 scoop of protein powder, cinnamon, hemp hearts, and peanut butter or nutella. Recently though I'm really loving just a little brown sugar and cinnamon. You can also add frozen fruits like blueberries or peaches but remember to thaw them first otherwise they cool your oatmeal too fast...learned that one…

It's different for everyone. I usually have a small snack about 30-60 minutes before I exercise. Just do some trial & error to find what works for you

the girl who kicked the hornet's nest...in your pants. oh lord. that sounds uncomfortable.
-
omg....thank you!

That sounds like fun! I wouldn't worry too much about how many calories you had. Personally, I would just get in a good workout and skip the logging for the rest of the day. The experience of trying new things (and uh...getting free food!) is worth more than the number of calories.

Try drinking Ovaltine (if you have it where you live...might be one of those weird Canadian things). It at least has some redeeming qualities. If not, just go with good old cocoa powder, sugar/stevia, and water/milk.

It's okay to enjoy pizza every once in a while. Just as long as you aren't eating it every day, you'll be fine! No food is "bad" or "off-limits" in a healthy lifestyle.

I think it's personal preference. I know that I can't drink a ton of water while working out because it upsets my stomach. But there's nothing wrong with drinking a ton of it during your workout! In fact, it's a good thing! I hear some people drink watered down orange juice while working out.

Hummus and chickpeas. I don't even like the smell of them. Yeeeeeeuk.

I love cardio party! It was the first one I ever did. PS: If you like Turbo Jam you will ADORE Turbo Fire.

sounds good!

sounds yum!

That's a great idea! Sounds like a good way to shake things up. I'm gonna hit Toys R Us next weekend.

omg those look DELISH

Only McDonald's could make such a healthy food bad for you!

Nutella and chocolate protein powder in oatmeal. omg, best breakfast EVER. I also really like Ovaltine made with almond milk! In fact, I think I'll go make a glass in a minute...
-
I can really only vouch for Turbo Fire since I haven't done any of the other ones. But Turbo Fire is pretty awesome! It's loads of fun and it's a great and challenging workout.

I add a tiny bit of agave. I didn't know some people added milk to theirs...sounds kinda, er, interesting!

Nothing is really 'off-limits' for me but if somebody told me I had to give up Starbucks, I'd probably fight pretty hard.
-
Yep, just go easy on yourself. If anything feels uncomfortable then you can modify. Listen to your body
-
When I started, both were hard for me. Now I really enjoy eating well and I love working out.
-
Oh lord! That looks delish! Thanks for sharing!

I would go with a "cheat" meal or a treat instead of a whole day. And I wouldn't use the word "cheat" because "cheating" implies you're on a diet that you are breaking. In a lifestyle change, nothing is off-limits. Moderation is the key. :) I say, whatever your treat is, make it homemade as opposed to fast food or grocery…

I think at this point, the only thing I really like at McD's is their coffee. Especially when they have their free small coffee deal on! Okay and maybe the apple pies. But I haven't had one in so long that they'd probably taste too sweet to me now. Just like how basically everything else on their menu tastes too salty to…

Lifestyle. There's no way I could go back to living the way I did before.
