Hi, I wondered the same thing when I started, but I opted to stick to my original calorie goal. It kind of seems like eating the calories back would defeat the purpose of exercising. Hope this helps. Good luck. :)

I think part of the problem is that you weigh yourself daily. That can be self sabotage in itself. Even once a week can be too much. If you wait a couple of weeks or even a month, you will see much more success at once. It's definitely worth the wait to see a few pounds or more at a time. Try it and see if you feel…

I usually drag myself to start and once I start I get into it. I know it's hard, but the payoff is worth it.
