If you like walking, there is a series of DVDs by Leslie Sansone that are just that, walking routines, but you can do them in your living room. I'm not a fan of SparkPeople, but I use their recipe calculator (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp) but thanks for the tip - I'm always on the lookout for new tools and websites!
