  • Was diagnosed with fibro last december. I used to enjoy my long walks and was on my way to a great weight loss. Now I cant walk 20 minutes without needing a sleep or being in pain. My weight has gone up again. I have days were I feel very weak that even standing up can be too much.
  • Sainsburys are doing an offer on some weight watchers stuff at the minute. I got their double choc chip cookies for 67p! They also have digestive style biscuits and lemon & ginger cookies
  • I only eat back 40-50% of the calories burned, sometimes I dont at all. Ive been trying to get out walking everyday but not always able to due to my husbands work hours and other personal things. The stepper does have a monitor but its not working at the minute :cry: .
  • I plan to use it later while watching tv. Its a reebok rem-g7580 mini stepper, I just wasnt sure how to input it on MFP. Do I put it down as walking, climbing stairs etc.

  • I know this thread is old but thought this might help others. Prune juice is brilliant for constipation, I suffer from ibs and it helps me lots. Not the nicest thing you will ever taste but you dont need alot
  • I use flora light or light olive spread, I just dont like real butter. Only time I use it is for baking. Margarine is NOT one molecule from plastic or paint. If we listened to everything friends, newspapers etc said then living is bad for us!…

  • I can easily drink 2-3 litres a day and thats not pushing myself! I have found a change in my body since doing so and all positive. The only downside I had was that the first few days I was getting up in the night needing the bathroom, this has since stopped.

  • Personally I would build yourself up gradually, rather than throwing yourself right into it! However dont think it would do you any harm to go talk to your doctor. Explain your symptoms etc to them, if you do have an Iron Deficiency then they will pick up on it. Hope you get sorted xx

  • Im just starting out but I am terrible for late night snacking, kids are in bed so only time I get peace! I put snacks in the freezer, it takes me so much longer to eat it that I find im not snacking as much. Seems to be working for me, ive lost just over 2lbs this week so far :smile:

  • I read all books, I describe it as a steamier version of mills and boons. There are many more better written books in the same genre. I liked the crashed trilogy by K Bromberg. I think alot of people read the book as it was the thing to do, the film will be the same.

  • Hi everyone, ive only just started today but feeling very confident. After ending up at hospital thinking my heart was about to give out I knew things needed to change. Thankfully my health was just fine! I have a whopping 182lbs to lose! I aim that in 2 years I will literally be half the person I am today!
