  • For me as long as I dont go over any goals (cals, fat, carbs) I call it a good day. Ive had McDs and whatnot its just the other meals have to be trimmed accordingly. Beer and McDs are my hardest to quit.
  • Started 9/1/07 182 Today 10/5/07 173 155 goal with improved run times as well as weight training
  • Twice a day once in the morning once at nite. I usually gain 2 pounds during the day and then lose them at nite. Yesterday I weighed 176 in the morning....just before bed I weighed 178 and then back to 176 this morning. Down from 180 and 182 when i started.
  • Im not sure if you can call this a sucess story...but here goes. Stepped on the scale for the first time in about half a year about a week ago. I was the highest Ive ever been in my life. I knew it was creeping up on me but that day was an eye opener. So I started tracking on here my calorie intake and running more now…
  • WTG on your loss!!. Have you adjusted your calorie intake for you new weight. You may be eating enough to sustain your current weight and may have to trim a few more calories to help continue weight loss. I'm no expert by any means....just a thought.
