I try to stick to 1200 calories a day but sometimes I can’t even make that I stay away from high carbs I eat as little sugar as possible and stay away from a lot of sodium. I would like to lose another 50 pounds and go from there. And yes the plateau has been less then 2 weeks, I was used to the scale going down constantly…

Yea I weigh everyday. That might be my problem? I was just used to seeing some kind of loss every day so I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong that it stalled.
