  • I love the diet coke and chocolate combination with fat free cool whip on top. My inlaws that don't even diet request it for family get togethers. It is very fudgy almost like a brownie cake.

  • That is great! Keep walking. I personally have been in a real funk this week. It has been cold and raining and just too nasty to get out and walk. Today was the first day this week I have gotten my walk in. I am shocked at the difference it has made in my mood. Kepp up the good work and your mood will rise too.
  • I add chicken broth, the sourkraut and a couple of bay leaves on top of the whole tenderloin. I usually add a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar too:blushing: It takes a little of the bitterness out of the kraut.

  • I'm in. I have been trying to find the right group and this sound like it. I have two kids, Chloe Renee is 9 and Lane is 3. I work two jobs from the same office and the kids go to work with me. I too have a hard time going to the gym. I would love to have the time, but I am never without the kids and most gyms in my area…

  • I saw somwhere there is a website that you can put a recipe in and it will figure all of the nutritional values for you, but I cannot remember where it was. Has anyone seen or used anything like this?
  • I have two kids that just love dessert. This weekend I fixed sugar free vanilla pudding, sliced up a banana and some light cool whip. It was a lower calorie banana pudding, but the kids didn't even notice the difference.
  • I typically eat half of a low cal english muffin, spread with low fat peanut butter and either a cup of light yogurt or fresh fruit. The protein helps me get through the morning without needing to snack. and the fruit or yogurt gives me the sweetness I crave in the morning.
  • Vagisil also makes a Wonderful product for chaffing. I don't recall the name, but I use it all summer long. It is great for when I get out of the pool, wear a skirt without hose or wear shorter shorts. It just takes a dab and it works wonders!
