My family used to go for fried chicken every Sunday after church. Last week I tried a whole chicken in the crockpot. I will never go back! My son is on a low sugar/ high protein diet. Plain oatmeal with a big spoon of peanut butter is one of his favorite breakfasts. He actually prefers it over the sugary prepackaged flavored oatmeals.
