If it's a local little place, I find a chain with something similar on their page and log that...and if I really don't know, I just guess a high number, lol.

Couch to 5k is what I used, they have a very informative website that has helped me a lot! I started in December, and now I am capable of doing a 10k, you can do it!

Usually 7, but I always go easy one of those days by just walking or playing wii for an hour. I work out with my boyfriend when he comes home, so he keeps me accountable for it. When I get bored with the elliptical, I do some zumba or some tae bo, or take a run. I also strength train every other day.

I put it in my peanut butter cup flavored protein shake. It makes a great dessert! 1 tbsp of peanut butter and one scoop of protein powder if mixed with water is 210 calories, and very filling!

I either try to get an individual size lean cuisine pizza, or a thin whole wheat crust one (like kashi) to share with a friend. Don't deprive yourself so much that it bites you later...pizza is my vice, and I will never give it up.

If you like "crap food" ease into eating healthy again by tweaking your favorite recipes.
