I've been wanting to start Kettlebells too but wasn't sure I should buy just one to start or a whole set... And what weight should I start with?? Just finished JMs Ripped in 30 and wanting to do something different. So thanks for advice.

I just finished finished week 4 too. Kicked my big booty but I'm feeling great and stronger. I've noticed a huge difference in inches and I feel great. I did most of these 4 wks at the low level so I'm thinking of repeating at higher level. What's your next plan if any?

Nutrigrain waffle with pb & J (YUM!) Hardboiled egg water with lemon (~260cals) but my usual is.... Yoplait light yogurt 14 almonds 1 hard boiled egg (~220 cals)

The FRIES are pretty bad. I'm not a fan of the rice either so I get the black beans and corn on cob or steamed broccolli. And you'll be very shocked how many calories are in those tortilla chips. But 500 cal workout is pretty awesome so you'll probably be just fine.

I just read a little about this in the Dukan Diet Book. He says that if you've lost over 15 lbs that it can take up to 6 months for your skin to catch up with the fat loss in the tummy. After 6 months... that's as good as it gets.

OMG! I'm very jealous. My goal is 1200 calories a day... it's very hard to not go over even with the most healthy foods. Salt is bad, but I really don't worry about anything but the fat, carbs and calories. Mainly...calories. Protein adds alot of calories... so maybe try some almonds or other nuts and even beans are…
