i have found that by eating air popped popcorn it helps and gives me the fiber i need i also put 1/3 cup of popcorn kernals in a brown paper bag to work in the microwave 3 to 3 1/2 min no longer cuz it burns easy no salt no butter 15 to 30 cals depending on how many bags i eat it has also stoped me from binge eating

sugar is my weakness also but you cant jst quit eating it what helps me is when i really want a candy bar i eat fiber one or granola bars it tricks my gravings into thinking they won

yes you have to give yourself treats its important in order to stick with the weight loss but i agree with the others a cheat meal not day eat light for the other two meals then enjoy something you love then go back to the diet you will feel better about yourself the next day
