Challenge CW: 290.2 Challenge SW: 290.4 (weight at beginning of August) End of year goal: 249.4 Well, as you can see.....I gained about 47 billiion lbs this week. At least that's how it feels. I gained 3.8 lbs this week, even though I was under goal all week and exercised 3 days. Soooo frustrated right now! I feel like…

Challenge CW: 286.6 Challenge SW: 290.4 (weight at beginning of August) End of year goal: 249.4 Well, that puts me at a loss of 1.8 lbs this week. Not bad, but not great. I had a naughty weekend, starting with a celebration night on Friday, which caused me to kind of crap on the whole weekend. No fast food, though, so…

I completely understand the frustration, especially when you’re around such a pivotal weight! You should definitely start taking your measurements and track the inches lost. That has helped motivate me through the lack of pounds lost on several occasions. Ultimately, the end goal is how you feel. Keep it up!!!

Holy moly!!!! Well, I accept the challenge! I had to look up Mountain Climbers, and I have to be honest here......I think I'll have a hard time with those, so if I can't seem to get them, I'm going to substitute 5 total minutes of plank 5x this week. Great challenges!!!!!

Challenge CW: 288.4 Challenge SW: 290.4 (weight at beginning of August) End of year goal: 249.4 Exactly one pound lost for the week, but I'm down 4.7 since Friday, so yay!!!!! I think last week's fun did a number on my hormones, so back on track! Last week my goals were almost met: Water met all but Wednesday, weight…

Mini goals all met Monday and Tuesday. Buuuttt, had a little issue with Wednesday because I got a Mirena IUD and I'm still feeling the pain. Made the mistake last night to do some ChaLean Extreme and my uterus nearly jumped out and started beating me with the weights. Good news, though, that means I met my weight training…

So many great ideas! Your diary looks delicious but lots of carbs and high calorie meals. I'd recommend increasing the protien and make sure you get lots of water and fiber, even if that means using a fiber supplement. Also, maybe add in some raw veggies or a salad with a meal or two each day to add more substance to the…

I think it's totally up to you if you want it to count, or if you want to do extra. Me personally.....I'd gauge it on how I'm feeling that day, such as level of motivation and energy. To be honest, I'd probably count 30 day shred as my weights/abs most days, but a quick 25 crunches in the morning really gets you moving!…

Sounds awesome!! Weight training: 3 times this week 25 crunches/sit ups: 5 times this week 10 cups of water: every day

So excited to get started!! We can totally do this together! I've been lacking on my weight training lately, so my personal mini-goal is to add weight training to my daily exercise at least 3 times this week. Anyone want to join me?? Challenge SW: 290.4 (weight at beginning of August) Challenge CW: 289.4 End of year goal:…

This can be different for everyone, depending on what type of exercise you're doing and what your body needs. My doctor recommended that I intake 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat each day, and that around 1600 calories a day is good for me. If you don't have the guidance of a doctor or personal trainer, I'd say stick…

Thankfully, I have a very supportive family and group of friends, so most comments to me are along the lines of "well done" and "you're looking great" so I don't have to worry about the negativity. However, there are those few people that don't say it out loud, but I'm sure they're just waiting for another failure, or that…
