What good would keeping the top two be if you took out the bottom two. The top two wouldn't be of any use since they wouldn't have anything working with then in chewing. I would say take all four out or leave all four in.

Special K cracker chips, Snack Factory pretzel crisps, Pringles Light chips are what I use to curb chip cravings. Sometimes I just have a Claussen pickle spear...crunchy and salty!

I always get more exercise on the weekends, so then get to eat more as well :)

I do 30 day shred 5-6 days per week. I also do 1.5-2.5 hours of walking/jogging/treadmill /elliptical every day in addition.

I have made this into a dip for veggies by reducing the milk amount down so it is thicker. Very good!

I pay attention to them for a couple of reasons. I try to make sure my protein and fiber are high enough to help in feeling full. I also watch my calcium to ensure I am getting enough. I walk a minimum of 30 minutes each day, but mostly an hour and a half to two hours generally.
