Just did week 5 day 3. Run 20 minutes with no walking. I made it 10.5 minutes, paused the timer for approximately 3 minutes then finished. I'm gonna re do till I finish straight through. I'm gonna complete this. My mantra for this as well as college is "commit to complete"

I'm on week 2. I find I'm having a tough time on the jogging part, The 2nd week has me running 90 seconds......... I'm making 75-80 seconds. I think it isn't a big issue. I have 2 more days on week 2. Also on my in between days, I'm walking. Just walking. Is this a problem? Thanks for any help

Finished 3rd day of first week on Monday. Was having a difficult time making the full 60 seconds jogging consistantly. Decided to repeat the entire 1st week. Hope I can make this through the entire process
