  • I WANNA JOIN!!! My poor wii fit just sits there and has for months... I wanna do 10 mins of wii fit every morning (I head to the gym after work) 5 days a week for a total of 50 mins a week! I'm also looking into getting some other fitness games. I will be here next Tuesday to check in!
  • I also work in a school in a basement. The school has a gym that I go to after work, but I always wondered the same as you. It would be much more convenient if I had a more indoor activity that didn't have all the yuck! but still had the benefits of a full workout.
  • Nice explanation, i think it is very encouraging to see my five weeks from now!
  • I usually have this same problem. I haven't found a fix yet. Although, when I first started this lifestyle I always ate over my 1200. Now, I can't reach my 1200. Sometimes if I'm really far from it and I think I can bare a few more bites, I get ice cream.
  • I like to cut up an apple and mix the small slices in with cinnamon.

  • I'm going to try the Mega-T Green Tea pills. I think it's just a safe thing to try and green tea has been proven to help a little. I heard that the alli diet just makes you use the bathroom more. That doesn't sound like a safe diet for me. If you are up for it, good luck!
  • I really like my feet even though they are kinda big (size Womens 11).
  • I found this website and I'm going to give it a try! [http://www.expertvillage.com/video-series/321_belly-dancing.htm]
  • Sorry to hear. My advice, stick to the raw veggies and pay attention to portion size. You are in my prayers.
  • Be careful! Most experts say to only lose 1-2 pounds a week! Be sure to log in the exercise that you do because you earn more calories to consume. Have fun with the site and good luck!
  • That website looks similar to this one (food journal...). Have you ever used it? I like the videos and they are free! I can't jump rope right now but will keep in mind when I can.
  • Try making sure the two pictures are the same size and shape. Open them separately in paint. In a third paint copy and paste the two pictures next to each other. Save this and update this one.
  • More advice! Great! I had a meniscus repair done and have been going to physical therapy for it. I can use the stationary bike, but it hurts sometimes because my knee cap slides out of place. This happens randomly so, I'm limited in a sense that I can't bend my knee very far unless I know my knee cap is in place. This…
  • Thanks for the advice! It's good to see I'm not alone. I don't really have money for the gym only what I do at rehab which is limited cardio. I will have to look into a hand bike, I think I may know someone who has one that doesn't use it; maybe I could borrow it!! I never thought of it... Thanks again!
  • Hello everyone... I had knee surgery two months ago and am doing good, but I need to get moving! I can move around fairly well, but I can't do a lot of knee bending including squats and lunges... I also can't run, jump, ride my bike... walking sometimes hurts too. Has anyone been in this situation? I need some advice. I…
  • Swimming is always low impact. It gives you a 50% weight bearing.

  • I just had dinner at the mall yesterday, too. This is also an uncommon thing for me. I had "Yummy Japan" and had teriyaki chicken, white rice, and some sushi. This came to 646 calories! That is a lot for me. The only reason it doesn't bother me... I planned it out. I knew I would have to be at the mall for dinner that day…

  • Try cleaning your home. Do everything from washing walls to shampooing carpets. It will get something accomplished besides exercise.
