You look good in your pic, I'd say whatever you are doing is obviously working for you. Stick with it.

Just starting out yes. 3500-4500 calories a day.
-
I call it simple maths. Start lean body weight: 56 kg (123 lbs) End lean body weight: 63 kg (138 lbs) subtract 123 lbs from 138.6 pounds and you get 15.6 lbs divide 15 by 8 and you get 1.8 pounds. Minus the 800 grams just to be very conservative. That gives you 15 pounds in 8 weeks and over a pound a week. I like my…

How so?

I do: Pre-workout whey and glucose During-workout whey and glucose Post-workout whey and Glucose. I' picked up 8 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks. Bro science or not, I don't give a crap.
-
And if my fiance asked me to do it with her and I know it would motivate her, I'd shred. :)
-
Can't see why it would only be for woman. It is definitely marketed at woman yes. It's like riding a little 50 cc scooter. It is fun until your mates see you. ;)

Squats are the best. Do with as much weight as possible.
-
Not impossible, as long as you realize it is going to come with some fat.
-
You need to hit the gym I would imagine as you would bulk up more fat than muscle really if you don't exercise. Just eat above your calorie requirements and lift heavy weights. Eat lots of protein to feed the muscle as well. I suggest 40P/40C/20F or at least 30P/40C/30F If you do at least 3 sessions of 1-1.5 hours per…

I would lift heavy with low reps every day.
-
Why are you exercising 3 hours a day? I think you are overdoing it. Do 30 minutes of HIIT 3 times a week. EDIT: And looking at your diary, you somedays don't even eat 1000 kcals?
-
Is this (30 day shred) something you can do in the privacy of your own home? I've been reading alot on here about this magic jillian Michales programs. I know someone trying to drop weight but not really keen on hitting public gyms etc. EDIT: NEvermind, found the info. :)

Might help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle_tone (commonly referred to as "Tonus")

alot of processed stuff I notice as well. I'd cut that out as much as I can. EDIT: Rephrase. Maybe not that much, but the sodium is very high, as the sugar. Cut the carbs (Mostly sugars) and up the protein as a previous poster said. And try and replace the high in sodium stuff with fresher options.
-
Heavy is when you do an amount of reps and you can just push out the last rep, if you can still push out 2 or 3 more reps beyond your rep range, you are not lifting heavy enough. You say you get enough cals and enough protein in your cals? How much do you get? Numbers? Also what are you trying to achieve, I'm assuming pick…

Yea, so if your an alcoholic you can drink yourself into a stuper every now and then as well? As I said, go for it.
-
As said, if you want to eat your calorie allowance (or half of it if that helps) in one sitting, go for it. I split mine into several meals (As any nutritionist as well as myfitnesspal would tell you). Meaning, I would've maybe had 500 cals instead of the 1800 and I still would've had a treat.
-
Well, you may just be right. If he had his other meals he would be sitting on 4000 cals then for the day. Way to go. EDIT: Yea, and I already anticipate your next post, don't worry. As said earlier, if that is how other people do things, not my problem. It goes against everything. I'll just do what I do and then everyone…
-
Go for it.
-
Don't have to, it's already been done, plenty of scientific prove for you. How bout you cut out all your meals, and eat all your calories in one meal everyday and then we can all see what your results will be? Anyways, not my problem. I find it strange that people come on here, to better their lives and get into shape, and…

I have great abs, they are just covered in fat at this point. ;)
-
Having everything you are craving in one sitting is not going to help. There is a reason why you need 5 or so meals a day.
-
Try doing the opsite on a superset. For instance: - Do Bench press (Chest) with a superset of bent over rows (Upper back) - Do squats (Quads mainly) with a superset of stiff legged deadlifts (Hamstrings) - Do Bicep curls with a superset of tricep push downs etc.
-
Remember that creating great abs start in the kitchen. You can exercise them as much as you like, if your fat percentage is to high, they will not be visible.
-
Strange is all I can say. I can see why so many people fail with the whole weight loss thing.
-
Why not try swimming while resting it?
-
Yup, agreed, you probably shouldn't eat the yolks on that amount. It's just helping to bulk up quicker. The yolks will be cut out in a few months completely though.
-
Serious yes. Not on the weight loss side. More towards the bulk side. I get plenty of fiber. about 200 grams of rolled oats a day, minimum of 500 grams veg a day.
