6 days is alot. You need some rest for your body to recover as well. I wouldn't go over 5 days. What does your routine look like? You basically need to eat at least 500 cals over with at least 35%P/45%C/20%F for bulking. I'd go 300 cals under for cutting maybe, adding more protein and less carbs. Let's say 40P/40C/20F,…

Swim! Low impact like that would do your foot the world of good as well.
-
I'm using it to track my bodybuilding bulking progress yes. Diary is open if you want to look. Just don't gain the wrong weight (Fat). While eating surplus, hit some heavy weights to gain muscle.
-
Just trying to help: 1. rather do some serious interval cardio than lifting light weights for lots of reps 2. You cannot define your muscles, your mom and dad decided how they are going to look when they made you. 3. If you mean you want to look more athletic, loose the fat around the muscles, you will then be able to see…

1. Lift Heavy 2. Eat over maintenance (At least 35% protein) 3. Get enough sleep 4. Drink lots of water.
-
Coffee breath is pretty bad yes. lol.
-
Get a bodybuilder as a fitness coach. Problem solved.
-
Do this: 1. Lift as heavy as you can. 2. Eat clean with lots of protein 3. Sleep at least 8 hours a night. 4. Use as much free weights as possible. I would start with a three day split, ful body mon, wed, fri.

You won't die, unless a truck hits you. Your body is completely capable to convert other things to glucose. I would imagine you might feel very tired for a few days until your body adjusts. You might want to stock up on some breath mints as well. :)
-
I would think it might be easier for an overweight person to build muscle while on a deficit, as long as they are taking in lots of protein. I mean, it kind of makes sense that there is fat to fuel the protein into the right places. I would also then imagine if you are skinny and you are eating maintenance, that you should…

Re-read all posts and have not seen one rude comment.

As previous poster said, what does this have to do with detox? If you eat a raw food diet and get your correct nutrients in that is what people call a healthy diet. I don't see why it has anything to do with detox? And I've never seen anyone here promoting diet pills for the record.

What he says.

No cardio at this point. Full body Mon, Wed, Fri.

I'll be the first on this one. You are not going to get very positive replies here regarding a detox diet, for the simple reason that it is nonsense. Your body cleanses itself. Start your weight loss by eating healthy and counting your calories, it does not need any jump start and any silly detox diet isn't going to jump…

Lift, eat, rest, repeat. hehe. Work out your maintenance calories, eat about 300-500 more (eat back exercise cals) and do the above.
-
Everyday.

Agree, not very easy getting big.

Not always drugs, can get biggish with the correct diet as well: http://www.fitnessatlantic.com/female-bodybuilders.htm

Eat more fish and what about eggs?

Educate the poor man.

Although I like your point, you cannot blame the ones who keep getting told by idiots to lift light weights for many reps that they are lazy. They are just being fed crap in the end. Suffice to say, I bet there are lots of lazy ones out there.

IT will sure as hell Tone your butt... "See what I did there?"
-
This lady lifts heavy weights for low reps:
-
Very light for you height. I'd say start eating and lifting heavy weights! YEA!
-
You should. As said, not knowing much about the JM workouts, from what I have heard, I would be willing to say that results are not going to much different if you do not use any weights at all. I would imagine using weights make you burn more energy which in turn makes you burn more fat. Good for burning the fat yes, but…

Not knowing exactly what the workout DVD is about (As far as I know it is a type aerobic light weight exercise DVD) I've heard great stories about the JM dvd's but as far as I can understand, they help you drop fat (As you indicated your bodyfat % went down). This will cause the muscles that you already have to be more…
