You know... The scale is not always trustable... Since I started I gained 5kg. BUT I also lost a size in clothes. I used to watch the scale every day. And it made me feel horrible. Please don't focus on the scale too much. The mirror tells more than the scale does.

I'm going to do something similar. Here in the Netherlands it's called Mud Masters. I do a lot of weight lifting. You can try to find last years obstacles? I did and try to train for some of the obstacles. Also I started to run, and do more cardio. And I'm going to some bootcamp classes 1,5 month before the run.

Yes go get them fitted!! I bought some shoes online (and not even the cheaper ones) and ended up with a knee injury because of bad shoes. I now have fitted shoes and they are so much better.
