  • I make a rough estimate and with meals that I'm not sure, I tend to quick calories add a bunch. I figure as long as I'm close than it should not matter. I like this new life style but I don't want to get so anal about the food I'm consuming and making sure that I'm a perfect counter.
  • I know you shouldn't go below 1200 calories a day. Mine is set at 1200, and I have been losing my 2 pounds a week since I've started. I'm down 9 pounds!!! :). I'm not sure if age has something to do with it. I'm 26 and I'm 5"8. I wonder what your goal per week is?
  • I look at the number, and if I feel like its too high, I lessen the amount. I rather log a lower number than over estimate it. I also try to log higher numbers on my food. I know everything isn't 100% accurate, but I do my best and I have lost some weight so far........ it is a little confusing
