I'm 18, 5'3 and 125 lbs. I exercise 3-8 times per week. Is 1500 good for that?

Yes, I've noticed this tightness in my chest which I'm worried about. I guess 1000 really is a lot under what I need, haha.

Okay thank you haha. MFP is recommending 1200, so I'm going to aim for about that 1200-1400. :)
