  • Furthermore... How do they now if we fry bacon just a bit or totally blacken that baby? I mean, two different length of frying get off different amount of fat! They need to start giving the fresh slice by oz/g. EDIT: Try also searching raw bacon slice in MFP instead entering from a label. I think that might help better ;)
  • I think this depends if you are logging raw or cooked bacon by weight. If you log in 50g of raw bacon and then cook it, feel free to use that fat for free ;)

  • Lol, 2011 and 2012 is my life story, to the point! I couldn't help my self but laugh. I think you are right and reason for your weight loss is all about speeding up your metabolism. I am trying to do the same now and not starve but eat healthy and often so I don't get that empty stomach feeling. Best of luck!

  • When I started with this app, I was eating too much fat, but now I manage to keep on 30% protein 50 carbs and only 20% fat. I incorporated exercise and I see great results.
