Same here. I'm still losing a bit of weight as I'm so scared to put it back on. Trying to slowly increase my weekly average calories!
-
Here's mine. It only goes back 6 months as that's how long I've been on MFP. I lost 4st 9lbs in the 6 months prior to this giving a total of 5st 13lbs (83lbs) altogether. I think it's easy to see when I went on holiday, when my birthday is and when Christmas was!

Aaah. I love my wine! To begin with (a year ago) I stopped drinking midweek altogether. I was doing Weight Watchers and used all my extra weekly points for wine at the weekend. Sometimes I had a few points left over at the end of the day so would use those to buy one of those mini bottles of wine on my way home from work.…

I am 5'7 and 139lbs and my waist is 29.5 inches. It's just the way I am built and don't think there's much I can do to make it a lot smaller. It used to be 42 inches though so I'm not complaining!

I came out as a constant craver and think that's about right for me (I might actually call it greedy!). It's been interesting to watch - just got the last episode to watch on iplayer now.

For me it was the second half as that is when I became a normal/healthy weight. That's when I got the most comments too as I started to be able to wear more of the clothes I wanted to that were more fitted/fashionable. I started feeling more confident early on though. I'm 5'7 and went from 221lbs to 140lbs in 12 months, so…

If you've only been going since Jan 2nd 5lbs lost is really good?! It's not even been 2 weeks. No need to change what you're doung, just be more patient.

Well I didn't track and was much less active for a few days. Went over my TDEE For most days over 2 weeks. Was 7lbs up on New Years Day - didn't worry as I knew it would be mostly water. Been drinking loads of water and cut back again and as of this morning it's all but 1lb gone again. Can't quite believe it! Think this is…

Wow - well done for maintaining such a big loss for so long! I hope I can do the same. And well done on those last few pounds - that's exactly where I'm at now (had a break over Christmas and now onto the final half a stone!). You're an inspiration, thanks!

Weight Watchers worked a treat for me. I lost an average of 2lbs per week every week that I tracked properly. I was very strict with myself and kept to my points - if you follow it, it does work. I didn't eat back my activity points but know that if I'd been hungry I could have because I was losing so well - I'd still have…

Hi. I did the Clean 9 plan back in January. I did lose half a stone doing it, but knowing what I know now, I could have lost that amount just by cutting back. However, it did give me that really good kick start I needed so I'm glad I did it. Back then, I had 5-6 stone to lose. Now, like you, I only need to lose half a…

I think you've answered your own question in your post? You know the possible reasons - it's probably one of them! I've 'lost' 3cm from my waist in 3 weeks so I'm sure it's possible to gain it back as quickly. Just get back into your usual routine and you'll be fine I'm sure. As long as you don't let those 5 lbs become 10…

I have had a few issues with mine recently. Switching my phone off and on again seems to sort it out.

I can't wait until the Charge HR comes out! I couldn't do without my fitbit now!

I have a fitbit and have myself set as sedentary on here. I usually do 12k+ steps a day and fitbit gives me back usually around 700 cals a day. I am set to lose 1lb a week. I don't eat back the calories MFP gives me for swimming but I do usually eat back my fitbit calories and I am losing just over 1lb a week. This…

I had so many clothes in so many sizes! Sadly I slimmed my way right through many of them! Now I am a size I have never ever been so having to buy all new. I'm buying clothes that I love and that I intend to be able to fit in forever! Today I bought the most amazing LBD in a style I never would have been able to wear due…

I absolutely know what you mean! I am getting a little bit worried about it now tbh and think I need to stop losing weight. I'm worried about how I'll feel when people stop paying me compliments about it. I only really realise what I look like when I see a photo, rather than when I look in the mirror. I have been…

This has been driving me potty so glad it's not just me! I generally rely more on MFP for telling me I'm within my goal etc but hate seeing those red bars on the fitbit graph. Do the duplicate lunches/dinners impact on the fitbit premium side of things has anyone noticed?

1200 still won't be more than what you burn. If you read again what has been said, you will see that 1136 is what you would burn if you were in a coma. ie your body wouldn't burn calories moving around, digesting food etc. Every movement you make will burn calories. What does your activity tracker tell you that you burn?…

Glad to read this thread. I've had a couple of days away where all my food was provided. I didn't go nuts but I did eat what was there and it was great! Definitely ate at maintenance plus a little more. I was surprised to get home this evening and still weight what I did in Friday morning! I have been to the toilet a lot…

Don't worry about it. Just don't let it become the start of slipping back into old habits. I put on 5lbs after my birthday - I enjoyed every bit of food and drink that passed my lips! A week later I was only 2lbs up. Now (5 weeks later) I'm 8lbs down! It's annoying because we work so hard to get every single one of those…

Hi all. Your pics all look great! I'm 5'7 and have gone from 221lbs in January to 147lbs now. I'm thinking I'd like to try 140lbs to see how that looks on me as I still have a really flabby tummy but we'll see how that goes! Here are some pics...can't believe I got big enough to be able to do one of those trouser photos!

Is that the fitbit telling you that's your total daily burn, or is that your adjustment on MFP?
-
This happens to me sometimes. Try tapping the bar on the graph or the day you're talking about. That seems to make it right for me.
-
Based on your steps/activity as detected by Fitbit at that point, you hadn't yet reached the amount of calories burned that MFP expected you to burn. So if you are set to have a 500 calorie deficit on MFP to lose 1lb a week, it is expecting you to burn 1700 calories (or perhaps less given your goal is 1200) based on the…

Have you tried inputting what you used to eat on a typical day into MFP to see what calories you were consuming? You need to be completely honest with yourself. Perhaps your portion sizes are too big? Perhaps you've been eating something that is high in calories without realising. Honest logging of food can be a real eye…

Since I got my fitbit I'm moving a lot more when I'm chilling out at home. Right now I'm on holiday from work so wrapped in a blanket watching TV and messing around on my iPad. Every time the adverts come on I get up and jog on the spot, do some star jumps or some dancing etc. I can get an extra couple of thousand steps in…

I love these! They are so great to see. Hopefully this is mine - 75lbs lost.
-
I think the macros thing only really needs to come into play once you have lost the weight. There's no harm in looking at while losing but as has been said, if it's annoying you it's not worth doing as you'll give up. I've lost over 5st and never paid attention to them! Now I'm almost at my goal I do look at them a bit…

I've added the people who've left links above. Feel free to add me https://www.fitbit.com/user/2TTYZQ It'd be good to do those daily challenges with some people?
