  • Asian style salmon (soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, lite maple syrup), white rice, roasted asparagus. Would have been better with spinach but didn't have any on hand. Salmon came out SUPER GOOD!

  • Good idea! I just picked up Healthy Choice Cheese Tortellini soup. The calories are split for 2 servings but even if you have the whole thing it's only 200 calories! It's pretty tasty. Tomato soup base with cheese tortellini (about 5 of them). Sodium is around 600 though.
