In 2006 I lost 80 lbs in about 7 months no exercise I was seeing a nutrionist and she put me on a diabetic diet which consisted of 3 proteins 3 fruits 4 veges and 2 starches daily and min of 64 ounces of water I have the food list which actually has a wide variety of foods.
