  • That's exactly what I have been doing last Sunday and Yesterday and it gives us (my husband and I) more time to workout during the week since dinner is already done, I'm loving it..I can't believe I didn't do this before, plus it's easier to control portions and calories.   • I'm in my 5th day and everyday gets better, I definitely felt horrible the first 2 days, including cranky and sensitive but it's going away now... keep it up!
  • I'm also 5'2 and I used to feel exactly the same about 5 years ago when I was 20 and my weight at 125, I wish I could be that weight now too lol... My final goal and depending on how I feel is 110, I've been at 125 and still felt like I needed to lose more.
  • It can vary, eat what you like to eat but measure a little bit more, I always use 1 cup or 1/2 cup of whatever I want to eat to make it easier to control. This was yesterday....   • I eat half a cup of brown or white rice, just measure and you'll be fine. Brown rice has a few more calories but you are getting more nutrients than with white. I still eat both though. 1 Cup of brown rice is 216 cal, I usually get 1/2... and a cup pf white rice is 200.
