If you can't find the item your looking for in the "food" section of MFP, and you're at a restaurant, try asking your serving person if they would have the nutritional information available for whatever it is you would like to order. Or, try looking it up on line first. I've been able to do that with several restaurants.

I am in the same situation with my husband. He complains to anyone with ears that my diet is killing him. He plays the role of the martyr. I'm not forcing my change in eating upon him. He still eats pizza, ice cream, cakes, etc. I keep the freezer stocked with his favorite meals. I don't know what his problem is and right…

I have the same problem. Knowing I have that problem I have avoided my scale and only get weighed at the doctor's office each month and half when I have my scheduled appointments. I have been so tempted to get on the scale and weigh myself but I know that once I do I'll be on the scale more than 10 times a day, get fed up…

I make Pumpkin Spice and Lemon BlueberryMuffins. They have 11 carbs and are delish. I'm also trying to reduce my carbs so I'm subbing coconut flour for regular flour for muffins and pancakes.
