For me its convience....trackpants are cheaper then jeans....and i hate wearing my jeans out with the long walks.....and i can do knee lifts and so on in them I would not be able to do any jumping without a decent sports bra.... but i tend to wear tank top, old tshirt as a top just whatever i find :)

I love cheese, onion and mustard on toastie for lunch or french toast! We are starting out having lots of healthy dinners so are enjoying pataks currys and fresh pasta oh i always have weetbix for breakie

Had a fantastic rest day today....ready for a great nights sleep and then to get into it again tomorrow morning....THANK YOU SO MUCH for no burpies this week and the bear walk i was so thrilled when i saw that. I have mapped out my 5 mile walk for next week too.... I had lost 700grams this morning, Love this challenge!

I'm from wellington...have a 18month old son and a wondeful husband. I put on alot of weight during pregnancy and want to get back down to 64kgs...currently i am 82.2 i would love to be 77 by xmas

Is there anyway to find out what points our team get for each week? I did my exercises and walk again today my no zumba day woo hoo! but i was sooooo soooo tired this morning and could not be bothered...hoping i have a bit more energy tomorrow

WHO ELSE IS STRUGGLING???? not complaining (much) i did it i got through it..bushmen style had to do the burpies with girly press ups and slowed RIGHT down.....bright red face really struggled...but i did it all of it! I can only get better

I really struggled today when i got to the wood chops and globe jumps.....in fact only got half way through the globe jumps.....then i realized i was counting 4 as 1 so it still counted YAY Just wondering do we do the bear walk everyday to get the mini challenge?

I DID IT I DID BUSHMEN...... I had no weights so i found 1.5litre bottles No idea of any of the exercises so you-tubed them NO EXCUSES HERE TODAY!!! damn i'm gonna see a change at the end of the month!!!
