Did Atkins in high school. Worked great. Start it again this week to fix those stuborn last 3 to 4 kilos ;-)

I did Atkins when I was a teenager in high school and it worked great for me. I will just do it again, starting this week because fish, chicken, cheese, salads, vegis are my favorites anyway. And once I'll get down to my goal I might treat me to some whole grain pasta once in while ;-)

I was stuck for 3 weeks althought I excersised daily for 60 min and ate less than my goal. I probably compensated fatloss with muscle gain. Finally I make progree again after increasing exercises to 90 min and more and also trying to eat more to hit my daily calories goal.

I only lost 8 lbs net but I feel my body shape has improved quite a bit and I fit into lots more suits than before. I am happy it was a great challenge. Thanks everyone.

After last week's surprise weight gain I am ack on track. Indeed it seems I have added some muscles. Since losing fat is my real goal I adjusted my diet and excercises. No more capucchino milk shake in the morning (except on weekends) and I reduced the level of the elliptical trainer from 8 to 4 to train at around 120…

After today's heavy duty gardening work MFP tells me I'd be down to 72 kg in 5 weeks if Imkept going ;-) well painting the wooden deck is next if weather permits.

I am somewhat frustrated ... although I finished about 400 cal below my already low target of 1400 every day, did serious sports 5 times a week and did not have any excess nutrition like sugars, carb or fat ... I actually gained weight compared to the previous week. I don´t understand.

I'm currently on a bank's software project having to eat lunch on their campus. I choose food which I can easily find/track in the food database like pasta with tomato sauce, cooked or grilled fish with vegetable, fresh salad when I got to pick the dressing ... never take any desert, never take any Starbucks type of drinks…

I've been on a few diets in past years. Just eating less is tough. You need to find an activity you like to do and can do a few times a week. Selling clothes on eBay is a hassle and disappointment because you only get small change for it. Donate them and enjoy shopping for smaller sizes. If you ever need bigger ones again, you don't want to go back to the old - by then outdated - clothes anyway.

Boxing bag will keep you locked into your home - go outside. I love mingeling with people if I feel great thanks to regained fitness.
