Steaming preserves nutrients much better than the microwave does.

avocado (using this instead of other condiments) unsweetened almond milk bananas (which I mash into a lot of things) salsa - adding a little to plain veggies to make them palatable fage 0% plain greek yogurt - Most helpful ingredient Oh, and spray on butter - very helpful

I watched the video and I'm going to have to go with this early assessment: 1. Yes, Tony was being a douche by running him off the road. 2. Victim should NOT have angrily walked onto the track.

Please add me too. I was 220 lbs and now 165. I still have a way to go, but need support to get to my 120 mark. It's a rough road, but the more support the better, so I'm here if anyone wants a supportive friend.
