Just finished my D2 and man it feels so good to stick with something!! Yes I know it's only day 2 but the old me would have totally stopped after how I feel from just day 1. Looking forward to tomorrow and everyones funny stories!!!! :) Night everyone!

Just finished D1L1!!!! So excited and can't wait for the 30 days to be over. I can honestly say that I've never had sweat pore off me like that. It was GROSSSSSSSSSS :) Guess I did something right! Good luck to everyone and if you need more motivation feel free to message and friend me :)

By tracking everything even if it's not so good. Then going to the community tab and looking at all the success stories. Got me back on the band wagon today:) You can do this. Just don't ever give up :wink:

Your results are the true statement of what can be accomplished if you put your mind to it. I've fallen off the band wagon a couple times now and have been looking for motivation to get me back on track. THANK YOU!!! What things or little tricks did you do to keep yourself motivated and honest with your calories?

So but my question is should you eat that late at night? I'm eating at 8:30-10:00 at night. Is it okay to exercise that late at night. I thought about doing the 30 day shred when my son goes to bed.

Okay so I obviously didn't add enough info sorry!!! I live in a town of 1200 people and subway is our only option and my brother in-law brought lunch out.
