How should I log my Insanity Cardio Recovery?
I don't have a hrm yet so I'm not sure how to log this excersise. I found suggestions for some of the other workouts but wasn't sure about his one. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks :)

The best NSV ever!!
So this is probably the best NSV I've ever had. For the first time in 10 WEEKS I was able to go for a nice 35 min walk!! I broke my ankle 10 weeks ago and it's been torture not being able to exercise. I finally feel that I can offically say that I'm back and in control FINALLY!!!:tongue:

New to the clean eating!!
So my husband and I chatted tonight about changing up our lifestyles and have decided to begin the clean eating challenge. I am very excited!! This is a new thing for us and am excited how this will effect our lives. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips then can give? Thanks:smile:

Would P90X be okay with a bum ankle??
I broke my ankle about 8 weeks ago and they finally have me in a regular brace now. I know I can't attempt my Insanity but thought about giving P90X a go. Any ideas or suggestions? I have a bet going on to lose 12 pounds by Dec. 31 so I need to be doing something! Thanks everyone :)

Could someone please weigh in if you think that I would be able to do P90X with a bum ankle. I broke my ankle 8 weeks ago and am finally in just a ankle brace. I'm going insane not being able to run so I thought I might give this a try. My husband bought it a couple years back but I've never attempted it. Thanks :wink:

Broke my ankle doing the Warrior Dash??
Okay so I snapped my ankle during the Warrior Dash this last weekend and now I'm not sure what to do about my calorie intake? Should I leave my calories alone or should I adjust them. I'm on bed rest until next Monday until I can get in to see the surgeon.
