Zumba and the 30 day Shred??

Okay so I do Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursday and am trying to figure out if I should also do my JM 30 Day Shred those days as well. Is that to much or should I do both?

I have been trying to do the Shred first thing in the morning so that I am recovered enough to still do Zumba in the evening. I think the best thing to do is see how you feel on the day. You can always have a day off the shred and just start it the next day where you left off, this is what I do if I feel I might find it difficult to do both in the same day.0

The Zumba is an awesome cardio endurance builder and I would do both. Adding cardio 30 minutes daily will do nothing but improve your fitness level and help you get healthier faster. Go for it!0

I am doing 30DS on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday doing a boot camp class on Wednesdays and taking a break on Sunday.0

I do Zumba Tues, Wed and Thursdays and I do Ripped in 30 on the Mon, Fri and also Tues and Thurs as my Zumba class isn't until late in the evening......I use an HRM and just created the entry in the database but a lot of people just put it under cardio for 20 min.....good luck0

I didn't do any cardio when I did 30 DS, but I have seen other people's results when they have. Just take a day off when necessary and listen to your body! I logged 30 DS ( I don't have a HRM) under cardiovascular section, circuit training, 20 minutes.0

I would just add it in on top of what you are doing. Just remember to give your body enough fuel.0

I also do zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays too, and I've been doing my 30DS when I get home from my class ( about 7.30 in the evening). I have tried to get up and do it early but I just can't drag myself out of bed a second before I absolutely have to!
I log 30DS as circuit training as well.
