I think that the easiest way would to be with a heart rate monitor and then logging the cals burnt like that.0

The easiest way to log any calories burned working out is to invest in a heart monitor. I have the Polar FT7 and am currently doing the P90X program. I can burn anywhere from 310 calories to 550 (Plyometrics of course!) This way...you never have to guesstimate the calories you've burned...all your info is entered into the watch ie: height, weight, sex, goal weight, and you always know if your'e working in your target heart rate zone. At the end of your workout...you'll know exactly how much you've burned. Sometimes you can find really good deals on monitors on ebay. Best of luck and great job with P90X....it's awesome!!!!0
