My first NSV!!!

So I know this is a little thing but today I went to my bone specialist for my osteoporosis and I am please to announce that in 6 months to a year (probably closer to a year) my husband and I can try and have another baby. Now some of you may ask why this is a victory but to me it's a huge step. My bones have become so much stronger now that I've been excersing regularly and taking a new bone building shot that eventually I won't have to worry about 15 vertebral fractures with my next baby!!!! I'm so excited that I have at least 6 months to get my body into the best shape ever to bring another little bundle of joy into this world!!!!! Thanks for listening

Oh and FYI if you ever look at my diary after today and I HAVEN"T logged or tracked my excercise, feel free to send me a nice little reminder and tell me to get my *kitten* in gear
