Hello Ohio. I am from Originally from Dayton, Oh but I working Cincinnati. I am hoping to relocate back to Dayton via my job as I can work anywhere. I miss Dayton and recently separated from my wife and hope to end up in Dayton. I work out 5 to 6 days a week as a cyclist and looking to hookup with cyclist in the Dayton…

1,127 calories is what I supposedly consumed today. But I am trying to lose weight. I don't feel starved. I had plenty of energy to do my workouts. I am 5"6 168 and want to get down to around 150 or even less. I will admit I always stayed at around the same weight for years. I don't believe however that the body is going…

Do you excercise? Have a physically demanding job? Are you lactose intolerant? If not go for it. I would just counted against your daily over calorie intake to mainetain your weight. That is you will have to cut something back from your diet otherwise if you excercise then I'm sure a glass of milk won't harm your progress.…

Thank you so much for the advice. I now know what I must do. I am going to try and find a doctor first thing Monday. I really want to put this behind me. If I can't run anymore so be it I will train for a double century. My only fear is if I have to take some time off to heal. Not being able to do nothing except work.…

shame on him. My ex wife is a nurse. She is in a similar situation. Stressed at worked, gained weight. I told her all the time how beautiful she was/is despite the weight gain. I didn't marry her because she had a banging body which she does and I'm sure you do too but her personality was too good to pass up. I lost in the…

I'm a bit biased so this reply is going to reflect such. You could turn your already valuable assets into a plus. You say you ride a bike every day. Well don't know your output but from my knowledge of cycling you are losing weight by default. So if you don't want to lose anymore stop the activity of bike riding. Now you…

I ride my bike maybe on average 20 miles per day for 5 days and burn close to 700 hundred calories or more per. You do the math in order to burn alot of calories you have to excercise yourself to death. Who wants that right? I would think this web site takes in consideration of idea body weight to average calorie intake…

When I was thirty years old I took up weightlifting and cycling. I didn't know if I wanted to be big or small and rely on cardio. I fell in love with the latter. Cycling has been a big part of my life for years. At one point I was at 210 pounds. I am 49 years old and at 168 and still feel too big for cycling as I have…

Hello 777Gemma888. Thank you for replying and thank you again for you have raised many questions in which I have simply ignored and no answers. As a matter of fact I will so far as to say I have no idea what your talking about LOL. When I broke my ankle I was in a terrible crash on my bike. Lost my job had no insurance and…

You have get very disciplined and eat certain foods that aid in your cause while limited. Grocery stores are there to feed you so be creative and "picky". Breakfast can be cereal and fruit . Fruit doesn't have to be refrigerated. Bananas are good. whole wheat cereal. Any fiber based breakfast food. Even certain muffins.…
