  • hi i have been making low salt, low fat soup with 1lb of stewing beef and i also make vegetarian chili with lots of beans for protien. it fills me up and is so easy to take for lunches and premeasure for dinner . good luck :smile:

  • i am back on the wagon or rather the gym and that takes care of some of the "blues". I also had the fortune to have my dr. send me to a diabetic clinic to learn about blood sugar levels and the risk of type 2 diabetes. i crave carbohydrates, salt , sugar you name it. when i dont eat properly i pay with feelig really lousy.…
