I have it and used it to start doing Zumba... I got bored with the songs and such after a while so I started downloading videos from youtube and use them now.... the harder you work the higher the calorie burn.. I chose songs that I LOVE and it makes it so much fun!

today's the day!! don't forget to weigh in this morning... this week challenge is to workout for 45 minutes for 5 days this week, keep drinkin that water, and watch the sodium intake - keep it under!!! I didn't do so hot this week and the scale let me know... .2# gain... time to get my butt in motion!!!

A high school aquaintance asked me to post new pictures since I lost almost 50 pounds... I don't have a photo from my highest weight but here's the best body shot I have and I weighed around 240 at the time the final shot is from today... This dress was part of the reason I got on track.... I wore it at my highest weight…

No Problem on the weigh in.... WOW to the 7 hours of zumba!! I love zumba!!! I saw an advertisiment for becoming a zumba instructor... I am clearly not up for 7 hours of zumba and I'm not really coordinated enough to be an instructor but i was curious as to what becoming an instructor entailed.

I agree I have to have my water cold! If it's not cold I can't drink it... I'm going to look into that bottle... I reuse zephyrhills bottles keep my fridge stocked with them

I like where your mind is heading!! I had a semi sexy costume (wicked fairy in plus size) a few years ago that was too small and I had to alter the arms - I wonder how it fits now Hmmmm maybe I'll check it out this weekend!
