Everyone will tell you that Polar is the best and I agree but they are pricey and I can't afford one so I purchased a New Balance HRM with chest strap and i got my from ebay for cheap. They are regularly around 60 and I got mine Brand new for 26 plus 5 for shipping... I love mine and it works well for what I do :smile:…

Here's my friday update... some how I managed to lose 2 pounds this week even though I ate too much and didn't work out even though I managed.... NSV - I have noticed that my current work pants are NOT fitting any more - they are too BIG!! Time to dig out the next smaller size in my closet and try them on - yikes!

So I didn't get to weigh in yesterday.... my digital scale has been acting up and I figured out it is because the floor is cold and the scale gets cold and I didn't have time to mess with it yesterday morning.
