I think that you should pick a calorie intake and stick to it. Whether is be the 1200 or 1400 whatever you want to try and then stick to it for a while and see what happens. I think its an individual choice.... I do NOT eat the extra calories unless there is something special going on like dinner out with the girls but then I have A LOT of weight to lose. I know once the weight loss slows down I will have to make a change until then I'm not eating exercise calories!

Go to check in on the website and click the link that says "edit previous entries" you can change a prior entry or add one with a specific date. I had to do that because I started losing weight prior to finding the app. on my phone and I wanted detailed graphs to show my progress :) Good Luck!

It looks like you are eating too little to me... To few calories will force your body to hold onto pounds instead of burning them. You might have reached a plateau so you need to change something to get your body losing again. Try varying your exercise routine it may help get those last few pounds. Good Luck
