This happens to me every time I make changes. When diet is involved I have crazy food dreams and sometimes wake up and head to the kitchen. Odd! Part of the reason I often times eat a little before bed during dieting. It helps me sleep through the night. Hate waking up in the middle of the night with a growling stomach:)

The snow has arrived in Michigan and it is icy out. Did 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. Makes a total of 12.3 miles for the month (9.3 outside/3 inside)

I forgot to ask a question... Strangest thing. I took my shower yesterday and I have six bruises on me (legs, arms and trunk). Unless I am sleep-kickboxing, I have no idea why I have so many.
