I did p90 several years ago and loved it. I got in pretty good shape with it too. Unfortunately I also gave it up for popcorn....and chips and dip and ice cream. And now I'm here. :) Good luck with it.

Bump up your calories a bit, try some light exercise to balance the increase in calories and stay off the scale for a few days because the daily fluctuations can drive you crazy. If you're losing inches then I would say you're doing the right things. Weight can be so fickled because it can change so dramatically from day to day or even hour by hour depending on what we eat. I also decided to live healthier after seeing a parent with multiple medical issues because of his excessive weight. I do not want to be in the same position as he was when I turn 70. I may end up with medical problems too but i don't want it to be because I didn't take care of myself.

I check my weight daily as well. As mentioned, the trick is not to be alarmed or discouraged by the daily fluctuations you will see.
