hello all im starting a new low carb diet any suggestions

    Hi. I don't subscribe to any one type of diet but just try eat balanced meals and stay below my calorie goals. It's been working for me. Good luck and I hope you can achieve all your goals.

    I'm with Valley. Skip the diet fads. This is a life long endeavor. You have to create long term, healthy habits to truly win this challenge. Full of tips if you want, some of them may even be useful ;) Send a FR if interested. Good luck!

    You need to be able to maintain once you have reached your goal. One day at a time, one healthy change at a time. Eating balanced meals and exercising. Add me if you like.

    I liked Atkins. You can tweek it to fit your needs, but it is a good kick start! Feel free to add me. :) ( I am not on Atkins, but have been in the past)
