Level 1 Day 8 Complete! I took a rest day yesterday because I was traveling all day. Today I felt so amazing during the workout! I also upped my weights on some of the moves (shoulder fly and the bicep curls) from 2.5lb dumbbells to 5lb ones! Overall a great start to week two!

L1D6 Done! I am doing pretty well, and do feel a lot healthier, but I kind of wish that I had upped the weights I was using from the beginning. Just finished L1D4 and am over the hump, so to speak. I'm finally not feeling as sore as the first few days! I've seen improvement in my ability to get through the workout, but still am struggling hardcore with the pushups. I would second the Aerobics dance or general aerobics. But if you have the means, you might want to think about investing in a heart rate monitor. It is the BEST for tracking not only your calories burned, but your overall cardiovascular health. :smile:

Amazing job to both of the ladies who have shared their results so far! I'm thinking of doing the 30DS but am worried about one thing: Am I going to be too sore if I use 5lb weights all the way through? I don't have anything lighter. I am so sorry for being absent! I am at 160.8lbs this week. I weighed myself yesterday morning, but forgot to post! Also, I am happy to report this week was my first time back at the gym. I worked out twice this week, so a total of 60 minutes (roughly.) Hope everyone's October is off to a good start!

So... I have finally discovered the reason that I go over on sugar every day... and it's name is HONEY! I've been a little under the weather, so I've been drinking a ton of tea. And I like my tea sweetened with honey... but that unfortunately means lots of sugar. Oh well!
