I absolutely love the Fitnessblender HIIT workouts. I absolutely hate running, so HIIT is a way for me to get cardio in that is FUN! Seriously, if you had told me a few months ago that I would look forward to burpies, I would say you were crazy. I've lost about 20lbs using their videos so far and can't wait to continue…

Not the OP on this comment, but once you buy them they are yours. You can use them over and over again. :) It's pretty good bang for your buck.

I love fitnessblender! I completed their FB30 program and recently started their Fat loss one... I personally prefer spending the $9.99 on the 8 week programs (or $6.99 for a 4 week) rather than figuring it all out myself. If it averages out to $0.18 a day, it's worth it imo. Good luck with your journey!

Thanks everyone for the responses! I don't know where my stats are, but I'm finishing up week 5 of the 8 week program they have. I feel SO MUCH STRONGER! But I have to say, some of their workouts are really tough.

I'm eating around 1600 calories a day. I started on MFP back in 2011 and lost about 20lbs by eating 1200 calories a day, but found myself getting too obsessive over my food. So, I'm doing this loss at 1lb/week instead of 2lbs/week. I know it'll go slower, but I like knowing I can have a treat here or there and keep it…

5'2" SW: 176lbs (but highest weight was 180lbs!) CW: 168.8 lbs GW: I have multiple goal weights. Lol. The first is to get to 150lbs, because that is the smallest I would have been since High School! Second is to get to 136lbs to get into a "normal" BMI range. Finally is to hit 125lbs, this is my UGW. I think it would be…

I've been dual tracking with MFP and WW for about 4 months now. I've used MFP in the past, so WW is what is new to me. I like the fact that the points system of WW encourages you to eat more fruits/veggies since they are "free" but, like others have said, it can be frustrating when your "free" foods end up being a bunch of…

I know there's a lot of talk on the forums about TDEE, BMR, etc... In my personal experience, how much I eat while trying to lose weight is a choice for my mental health. When I lost about 20 lbs a few years ago on the site, I was eating at 1200 everyday and was MISERABLE. However, this time I am eating somewhere between…

I have an Up25 as well. I've been very pleased with it so far. I haven't had any glitches yet!

FitnessBlender and Blogilates on Youtube are my favorites! Fitnessblender has some great programs you can buy, but their videos are all free. Blogilates is all free, and if you sign up for her E-Newsletter she has free monthly workout calendars. Good luck OP!

I have a Polar F7 HRM for workouts, and wear the Jawbone UP24 daily since Christmas. The UP24 has truly revolutionized my life. The user interface on the app is what sold me. The fitbit app just seemed a bit plain. I love how the Jawbone has graphs and sends me updates about my weekly progress compared to last week. I also…

The song "Stand Out" from the Goofy Movie soundtrack. Random I know, but it is a beautiful, 90's-tastic song.

Love Actually!

I use MFP, and WW (since my employer pays for part of it). I also adore Couch to 5K, Map My Run, and the "Pacer" app, which is a pedometer. I am hoping to get a Fitbit or Jawbone Up24 for Christmas, so that may change!

22! Anyone feel free to add!

I'm in! Lol. I'm 22, 5'2" and weigh 175.2lbs. I just started back with MFP this week and am hoping to actually stick with it this time, so some accountability would be great! GW of 135.

Great job! I'm 5'2" and down to 162lbs now, but it's definitely a process. This definitely gives me hope. :)
