I bought the polar loop which I use to track steps and then I can sync my chest strap hr to it during workouts. I loooove it

Hi! New mom here too! I had my. 8lb 3 oz baby boy Henry I'm August 25. I too only gained 20 and am back to my prepregnancy weight. I have about 15-20 pounds to reach my goal. More importantly I want to tone and get back on track with healthy eating. Btw I am also breastfeeding. I hope you don't mind if I add you. :)

5'4" start weight 161 it is my highest ever I normally weigh about 155 and have for years. I am currently at 149 and my goal weight is between 130 and 135. Although if I get there I may try for 125 but I am not sure if I can. Btw I have a medium frame so I may be Overshooting my abilities a bit? Idk

I used to NEVEr be hungry in the morning until about 10 or so but for the past week or so I am waking up starving, the feeling hits as soon as my eyes open. I haven't been eating my exercise calories so I wonder if this has something to do with it.
