Hooray for you!! I'm short and need a little inspiration to get started up again. I had a baby in October and just realized that I'm still eating extra even though I'm no longer nursing. Thank you for kicking me into gear :)

I agree, some days are harder than others to eat enough. Try more grains (bread/pasta) to boost your numbers. That will also help sustain energy for long workdays.

My neighbor makes venison chili. I've made my own sushi at home a few times and I love it. It's great to have friends over (like a little dinner party) so everyone can give it a try!
